Mr. Nelson has over 29 years in heavy industrial electrical engineering. He is proficient in power system studies, substations, transmissionlines, motor control, lighting, hazardous area classification and design, PLC design and interface, instrumentation, specifications and procurement, equipment inspection, budget preparation, scheduling and subcontract administration.

Mr. Gray has 22 years of experience in industrial control engineering and design. He is experienced in electrical construction management(also was a journeyman electrician), motor control, proficient in process control design and implementation, including field installation, checkout and startup, with extensive training in DCS and PLC control systems

Mr. White has over 12 years experience in electrical and control system design and implementation. He is proficient in substations, motorcontrol, graphic human machine interface (HMI) design and layout, P&IDs, plant startup and trouble shooting, and computer networking including fiber optics.
